Merging three independently ran national factories, building two new international factories, developing SOPs (standard operating procedures) in every department of the company while sustaining the sales department's growth rate of 600% over 5 years provides a cohesive understanding to the fundamentals necessary for a company to be successful. On the marketing side, we specialize in understanding your target market to design exclusive lines of fabrics, furniture, casegoods, cabinetry and millwork and developing the supportive sample books and literature for your sale force to have tools to be successful.

FF&E also known as Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment is a procurement and installation management service we offer for any size project in any market sector including: hotels, restaurants, office buildings and schools. We work direct with strategically selected manufacturers to provide a reliable supply chain, great quality control and extended warranties. Some of the products we offer are custom window coverings, bedding, flooring, wall covering, lighting, all types of indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances and gym equipment. We can work with your Architects and Interior Designer's written specs to engineer the best quality products, price and lead times all without sacrificing the overall design intent. We also offer our own specification services including: design drawings, shop drawings, sample submittals, installation instructions and warranty/certification close-out documents. For a whole turn-key experience, we also manage nationally the field measures, delivery, storage, staging and installation. Every project no matter the size receives our superior service.

We have over 20 years worth of architecture and interior design experience. We provide architectural design services for residential projects like remodeling, additions and whole home new construction builds. We tailor the design to fit YOUR style whether it is modern, victorian, country or traditional and tie in new trends and products to maximize your investment. We also offer a wide array of interior design services for any size project in any market sector such as: hotel resorts, restaurants, office buildings, apartments, model home track developments, room remodels and custom homes. We have 3D modeling to help our clients visualize the space and finishes. Parlaying off the FF&E services, we can also provide you with a whole turn-key experience walking you through a project timeline of schematic design, construction documents, bidding to final material selections. We want this process to be fun and enjoyable. We understand some prefer limited options or it becomes to overwhelming and we also acknowledge those that have a passion for design and want to exhaust their research. We can can tailor the selection process by bringing to you a set of good, better, best options or bring you to our partnered showrooms with pre-categorized options based on budget variances. We will follow you project through to the end working closely with your contractor(s) to assure every detail is covered.
Our Founder and CEO
Christina Olson
An experienced leader in the world of window manufacturing, Christina Olson began her journey studying architecture in the University of Cincinnati's DAAP program, graduating with high honors invited into the Golden Key National Honors Society from her hometown's University of Illinois.
From there she worked for many affluent architectural firms with focuses on parking structures and municipality buildings to hotels, restaurants and office complexes to eventually branch out on her own. She founded a design sole proprietorship as well as a residential construction management company for 9 years.
Christina took an opportunity to go manage Medline's Interiors Project Division expanding their product offerings and project management services resulting in substantial sales growth and recognized by Medline's Torch Award. She was then recruited by Fabtex to become their Vice President of Operations where she followed her long family lineage of manufacturing and became a specialist in window coverings. There Christina ran the operations of the largest window covering manufacturer in hospitality and developed it into an international operations. She set up two factories in Tijuana. To support the company's 600+% sales growth in less than 5 years, she developed every department's SOPs. And to support sales offerings, she designed multiple fabric and product collections.
As a single mother of two, breast cancer survivor and amazing career track record, she is considered an inspirational mogul. Christina brings an intellect and experience across the entire spectrum of architecture, interior and product design as well as across all market sectors that cultivates a one of a kind level of service.
